On November 7, 2017, the Court entered the Order Approving Final Accounting and Plan of Disbursement authorizing the distribution of the Settlement Fund in accordance with the Stipulation.
On November 9, 2017, a distribution was made to the DTC to be allocated to brokers that held shares on behalf of eligible Class Members. On November 22, 2017, distributions were mailed to registered shareholders.
