Plaintiff alleged damages in connection with (A) late fees after a borrower’s loan was accelerated and where the accelerated loan was paid off, and/or (B) amounts paid to Fidelity National Default Solutions, a non-lawyer entity, its successors and/or re-named entities ("Fidelity"), from attorneys' fees charged to borrowers.

Defendants have denied all liability. The Defendants deny that the Plaintiffs are entitled to any compensation or damages, and have asserted various defenses to Plaintiffs' claims.

The Court has not made any determinations on the merits of Plaintiffs' claims.
