UPDATE: The federal district court in which the case is pending granted final approval of the settlement on March 2, 2015. The Court’s order is contained in the “Court Documents” section of this website Settlement payment checks payable to class members with valid claims were mailed May 8, 2015. Under the terms of the Settlement, checks must be cashed by September 4, 2015. AFTER THAT DATE, THE CHECK WILL BE VOID AND WILL NOT BE REISSUED, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY AWARD FROM THE SETTLEMENT. Accordingly, checks should be cashed as soon as possible upon receipt.
