If you purchased goods or services using a credit card from a Lowe’s store in California during the period of time between February 23, 2010 and May 22, 2012, and the clerk requested your ZIP code, then you may be entitled to a benefit from a class action settlement. If you received notice of this Settlement in the mail, then you are a Known Class Member and will be mailed the Settlement Benefit without doing anything further.
