If your vehicle was towed without your consent by Quality Towing and you were required to pay a fee for the release of your vehicle, this class action lawsuit may affect your rights.
An action has been filed against United Road Towing, Inc. and City Towing, Inc., both doing business as Quality Towing. The lawsuit, entitled First Service Credit Union v. United Road Towing, Inc., doing business as Quality Towing, et al., Case No. A-10-616806-C, is pending in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada. The Court has allowed this to go forward as a class action on behalf of all owners of motor vehicles, excluding any employees of Class Counsel and any sitting member of the judiciary, who had their vehicle towed in Nevada without their prior consent by United Road Towing, Inc. and/or City Towing, Inc. from February 2, 2006 to March 21, 2013, were charged fees arising from the tow, and were denied recovery of their vehicle absent payment of the fees in full.
United Road Towing and City Towing have denied any liability, and the Court has not decided whether the companies have done anything wrong. There is no money available now, and there is no guarantee that there will be. However, your legal rights are affected and you have a choice to make now:

In which case, if there is a trial or settlement in favor of the plaintiff, you will not receive a benefit. If you ask to be excluded and money or benefits are later awarded, you will not share in those. On the other hand, if you ask to be excluded, you preserve your right to separately sue United Road Towing and City Towing for the same legal claims that are alleged in this lawsuit.
